Cozy Cove Inn Policies

I am flexible and understanding; please discuss your needs through email or phone prior to arrival at the Cozy Cove Inn. I look forward to providing your vacation lodging in Homer, AK on the Kenai Peninsula.

Cancellation Policy

Because I run a small inn, cancellations largely affect me. If your plans change and you notify me 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, I will refund the entire deposit (less a $20.00 processing fee).

If you need to cancel 60 days or sooner before your arrival, the refund will depend on re-booking your room minus the processing fee. I will do everything possible to rebook.

Arrival Times

3:00 PM – I most always text my guests once their accommodation is ready. I am flexible with check-in and check-out times. Make arrangements if you need an earlier or later time than normal.

Minimum Stay

Minimum three-nights stay. Stay one week and the seventh night is HALF PRICE. I will update the price and send a new confirmation once I see your reservation. Or call me and I can reserve it for you.

Auto-Collect

A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

Tax Rate

Homer has a 4.8% tax rate and the Kenai Peninsula Borough has a 3.0% tax rate.

Pets

Pets are welcome but only upon approval prior to booking. Our pet fee is $20 per day, and guests are required to sign an agreement prior to check-in.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking property.

Liability policy

By booking with Cozy Cove Inn, you release us from any unforeseen accident that may happen while you are on our property: results from accidents; slipping, falling, tripping; self-injury; injury by local wildlife; fender benders with other guests; acts of God; natural disasters; etc. We are not responsible for any pet interactions..
